Rebuilding Together Charles County wants to send a big THANK YOU to Lowes for it’s continued support to the mission of Rebuilding Together. This week Lowes made a $1 million commitment to Rebuilding Together affiliates across the country to assist with operational costs at this time. These funds will allow us to continue operations and support the emergency repairs, which help our most vulnerable neighbors shelter in place.
Rebuilding Together recently held their 2018 conference in Seattle, Washington October 31 – November 3, 2018. Not only was it our annual national conference, but also Rebuilding Together’s 30th Anniversary.
We had a great time during our trip and learned so much. Not only were we able to network with members from subsidiary offices throughout the United States, but we were also able to bring back information that can help us to grow and help more residents in Charles County.

Comcast Newsmakers recently interviewed our president, Alvin Stewart, on what’s new with Rebuilding Together Charles County as we celebrate our 1 year anniversary.
During the interview with Yolanda Vazquez, Mr. Stewart also discussed our upcoming major fundraising event, Sunset at Mount Aventine on June 2nd. More information about the event as well as how to purchase tickets can be found here.
